Summary: 72 HOURS ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. This tour will only operate with a minimum total of 8 passengers. This tour does not include hotel pickup or drop-off. Guests must be at least 8 years of age and 4.5 feet (1.4 meters) tall. Child rates apply to ages 8 to 16 who must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 years old. All participants must sign a liability waiver. Parents or guardians are required to sign for guests ages 8-15. Rates are per person in US dollars and include tax. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-760-0315. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

No experience is necessary to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Once on board these 80 foot long carbon fiber ultra light sailboats, a professional sailing charter crew will show you what to do - from tacking and jibing to grinding the winch and trimming the sails - and encourage you to actively participate in racing these spectacular sailboats to victory!

The less adventurous can relax on deck with complimentary refreshments and cheer their team on as the crew races past Lover's Arch and the beautiful beaches along the Los Cabos coastline.

After the regatta, you'll head back to the marina for a victory party on the pier, where you can purchase photographs of your race or browse in the gift shop for exclusive America's Cup souvenirs.

--What should I wear during my sailing experience?
Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Soft-soled running shoes, T-shirts, and shorts are advised. Sunscreen and sunglasses are also highly recommended.

--Can I bring my camera on board?
Cameras are not permitted on any of the sailboats. However, you can purchase photos of your race in the gift shop after your sailing adventure.

--What is the minimum age allowed to participate?
Children must be at least 8 years old to partake in this experience. Children 8 - 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 years old.

--Are there any height restrictions?
Yes. Participants must be at least 4.5 feet (1.4 meters) in height.

--Is anyone able to participate?
For their safety, guests with a history of back, neck, heart, or balance problems, pregnant women, and those who suffer from motion sickness are not permitted on this tour.

--Do the boats sail in any weather?
Due to the nature of this activity, schedules may change according to weather conditions.

--What type of refreshments are served?
Bottled water, soft drinks, and beer are offered (included).
